ACC MISSION STATEMENT

“THE PURPOSE OF THE ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE (“ACC”) IS TO FAIRLY AND CONSISTENTLY ENFORCE THE WOOD RIVER COVENANTS, CODES & RESTRICTIONS ("CCR'S") TO PROTECT THE OVERALL ESTHETICS OF OUR NEIGHBORHOOD AND TO MAINTAIN OUR PROPERTY VALUES, THEREBY REFLECTING OUR PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP AND SENSE OF COMMUNITY ENSURING WOOD RIVER REMAINS A DESIRABLE PLACE TO LIVE."
