Welcome to Wood River!

True country living within easy reach of urban amenities – that’s a combination not easily found in today’s marketplace. At Wood River, you’ll find luxurious country acre home sites in a spectacular setting at the foot of the Cascades. Nestled next to Mt. Si and the Middle Fork of the Snoqualmie River, this neighborhood offers privacy and serenity, with quick access to Interstate 90 that keeps work, shopping and recreation close by.

Residents of Wood River can take advantage of year-round outdoor activities that are close by. You’ll be minutes away from skiing at nearby Snoqualmie Pass. Catch and release fishing on the Snoqualmie River via the private community trail system the circles the neighborhood. Hiking on Mt. Si and nearby Alpine Lakes Wilderness area or mountain biking down the Iron Horse Trail, one of the longest state parks in the state of Washington.

Enhancing its natural surroundings, Wood River offers a variety of imaginatively designed craftsman-styled homes that reflect individuality and appeal of today’s lifestyles. The neighborhood includes 109 homes constructed by Conner Development between 1994 and 1997, and received the MAME Community of the Year award in 1994.

A Board of Directors, composed of three elected homeowners, governs our community. Under the Protective Convents for Wood River, we work to maintain the appearance and upkeep of our community. In 2005, the Board appointed a four-member Architectural Control Committee (ACC) to review all structural and/or lot modifications or improvements submitted by the residents of Wood River, based on the guidelines established under the original Convents, and updated periodically with input from homeowners. Residents pay an annual homeowner’s association fee for maintenance of the entrances, legal counsel, the Association’s master insurance policy, and common ground utilities.

Wood River is located east of the City of North Bend, north of I-90 between exits 32 and 34, along SE 140th Avenue.
