Fireworks Advisory

We are currently experiencing high temperatures and extremely dry conditions in the area. Neighbors are asked to be diligent if they choose to enjoy their own fireworks. Residents can log in to read full bulletin from the Wood River board.

North Bend Centennial

North Bend's 100th anniversary celebration has begun. A downtown block party was held on June 27th and the Festival at Mt. Si starts August 7th. Click here for all the details.

New Architectural Change Request Form

Homeowners can now submit their architectural change requests electronically from the Wood River website. The form is interactive, letting you "fill-in-the-blanks" and email it directly to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Log in and have a look.

Gravel Area Treatment Update

Gravel areas were treated on June 17th.

Complementary to treatments, neighbors should be raking and pulling out dead weeds from affected areas. Residents can log into the Homeowner Area for more details.

Subsequent treatments are tentatively scheduled for Wednesday August 19th and Wednesday October 14th.
